We are a business-to-business (B2B) company, on one hand fiduciary working with the products of our publishing partners and with local authorized dealers as sales partners on the other. New customer information data is thoroughly examined for local music retailers safeguarding, on whose work the trading conditions are based.

Are there special regulations for initial orders?

Usually not. After setting up the new customer account, you get your first order subject to usual terms and conditions. We usually invoice proforma the first time.

Is there a minimum initial order value?

No.
